Hello, world!#

So it’s been… yits ben… about two years. Here’s the meat of what’s new with the site and some goals.

site stuff#

New theme! This is the biggest and most obvious thing. Don’t worry as a lottttt of stuff hasn’t moved (check the menu). It’s aesthetically the same, for the most part, but the engine underneath is now Hugo! which means…
Focus on blogging! Hugo is going to make it easier for me to update my site in the form of a blog. I hate the feeling of leaving my site abandoned like I do periodically, and I love writing, so I hope that this will get me more active. Speaking of activvve…
Goals… there are still a few pages that I just havent given any special attention to. As follows, these are the pages I wanna work on:
- Music media. I would love to use discog’s API to spit out all my current records onto this page.
- Ricky memorial. I still miss my puppy. I want to host a page with cute pictures of my boy.
- Gizzy page. My pet lizard. She deserves a spot!
- Mazes. A hobby of mine is drawing mazes – I wanna share that on my site!

I got a new job! It’s with a large company in a narrow department. It’s cool. And it’s a contract with a high conversion rate to go full time. Yay!
I moved! I’m in a new state! It’s lovely. I’m still in the southern US, and I don’t think I could ever really leave it. Sometimes I wonder about going to Canada or something but I could never abandon the food here. My fatass.
New fixations. I don’t know, is this really important? I’ve gotten really into Nirvanna the Band. And sticker collecting and journaling.
